The quirky layout over five floors was awesome. The copper bath in the bedroom was a real treat.

Chur, bro! We loved the chic minimalistic decor, but only three seats at the breakfast bar was a bother. The staff were choice, though!

The balcony view was a game-changer for morning coffee! Plus, the property's chic minimalistic decor spoke volumes about style and comfort—definitely had a vibe! Nearby, you can’t miss the eats at VALLES at 44 and Shawarma Grill for some proper local grub.
The furniture situation was a bit odd—only one comfy chair was a letdown for four.

The bed was super comfy, but the hot water ran out during our stay.

It is ideally located in the centre of town.
Communication before our arrival was terrible. I struggled to get answers regarding accessing the property. Once we arrived, the kitchen was poorly equipped, with only four plates and minimal cutlery for our group of four. To make matters worse, the cleaning was subpar, with remnants from previous guests still in the kitchen and bathroom, which was utterly unacceptable.

We really enjoyed the modern two-tone decor in our spacious room, and having three bathrooms was a huge bonus for our family! The comfy sofas and the bar area offered great spots to relax after a busy day. Just a heads up, the breakfast bar seating was a little tight for our crew, but it didn’t take away from our awesome stay! 😊

The chic minimalistic decor gave a modern and inviting feel to the penthouse, and the copper bath in the bedroom was a delightful surprise.
Unfortunately, the cleaning lacked attention to detail, with dust and cobwebs in visible places and the kitchen tap having green residue around the spout.

The check-in process is confusing. clearer instructions would be helpful!!! Cleaning could use more attention, as there were dusty surfaces and a dirty kitchen tap!!! Single-glazed windows let in noise, making it less comfortable!!!

Lovely Leamington Spa vibes! 🌟
Got to enjoy a fab balcony view while having our morning coffee. such a lekker start to the day! The staff were super friendly, really made us feel at home. Oh, and the location can't be beaten, right in the heart of everything!
The only thing was parking, bit of a hassle.

Awesome stay with fab balcony!
We had a great time chillin’ on our terrace, perfect for brekkie and evening drinks. Just a quick walk to shops and cafés. The bar downstairs was a nice spot. Beds were super comfy too! One thing to note, the lift was a bit slow, but we made it work!
